Refunds:

**WE DO NOT OFFER ANY TYPE OF REFUND ON ITEMS ON SALE OR USING ANY OF OUR SPECIAL PROMOTIONS**

Returns and Exchanges:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after making your order to request a return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order #, receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return or exchange is accepted, the customer is liable for the return shipping costs, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Return Shipping:

  • The customer is liable for the return and re-send shipping costs (sending back to us and back to the client).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@panevobrand.com to initiate a return or exchange.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on proceeding.
  4. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, along with the order number and proof of purchase.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Exceptions / non-returnable items: 


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale or free items or gift cards.

  • Ineligible for return or exchange:                                                                      A. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.                                              B. Orders with any type of sale (like discounts, Black                                                  Friday, Cyber Monday, ect...) or free items can't be                                                  exchange or return.                                                                                              C. Items in which it specifies in the description that                                                    returns or exchange are not accepted.

Damages and issues:

 
Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • If you receive a wrong, damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@panevobrand.com. **If the 30 days return, policy passed after making the order, we are not responsible for the replacing the item.**
  • We will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item(s). **If the 30 days return policy passed after making the order, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping cost.**
  • Once we receive the damaged or defective item(s), we will send a replacement item(s).

European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Additional Information:

  • We reserve the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy requirements.
  • We are not responsible for the shipping cost if the customer enter the wrong address or item, an invoice for the cost of the new shipping labels (sending back to us and back to the client) will be send and when we received confirmation of payment, we will go ahead and resend the order.
